The Department currently implements four study programmes in full-time and part-time study: single-subject study of Ethics for full-time study; double-major study of Ethics Education for full-time as well as part-time study; single-subject study of Applied Ethics - Professional Ethics for full-time and part-time study. It is followed by the master study programme in Applied Ethics – Ethical Expertise and Ethical Counseling for full-time and part-time study. The bachelor study programme in Applied Ethics – Human Resources Management is realized in at the detached workplace in Martin.

The diversity of study programmes, implied in the Department’s name, is integrated with the systematic interconnectedness of study programmes with courses structure. There are major areas of study within ethics and applied ethics represented in teaching, such as general ethics, history of ethics, axiology, professional ethics, business ethics, ethics of economy and management, social ethics, bioethics, medical and sexual ethics, communication ethics, computer ethics, ethics and arts.
